Useful delivery information for orders from UK and the European Union, as well as parcel Tracking Information.

FREE UK 1ST CLASS POSTAGE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50

All orders received before 4pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 4pm Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. A carriage charge of £6 is applied to all orders under £50. Orders over £50 net value, i.e. after deduction of any promotional discount, will be dispatched free of carriage.
Please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If the parcel is undeliverable a card will be left with information on how to collect your parcel. If the attempts by the carrier to deliver to the stated address are unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to eLinens. In such cases eLinens is not liable to refund the freight cost.
A UK Next Day Guaranteed option is available for a flat chage of £10. Available Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) and only on orders received before 4pm, arriving the next working day. Please note this option will require a signature upon delivery.

A standard carriage charge of £15 for upto 5 products is applied, with an additional charge of £1 per extra product. (Delivery usually 3-4 working days)

Customs & Duty

All prices are inclusive of VAT which is currently 20% and is applicable to all orders.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Parcels may be subject to import duties and tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customers' responsibility. Unfortunately eLinens has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amounts charged.

Payment

All orders will be made payable in pounds sterling to eLinens, your bank will then charge you according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.
Payment may be accepted by credit card. (VISA, MASTERCARD, or MAESTRO)
Payment may also be made through PayPal.
