Easycare Bedlinen Could turn all eyes on the bedroom

Recent research from Halifax Estate Agents reveals that 12 per cent of Brits would like to change the master bedroom in their home, while seven per cent would like to improve other bedrooms in a property.

The master bedroom is rated the third most important room in a home, behind the sitting room and kitchen. And ten per cent of respondents believe that the size of a room is the second most important thing which leaves a good first impression.

Although household budgets may be currently reduced, changing the bed linen in a bedroom could be a cheap and easy way to update the look of the room. And bedding from Easycare Bedlinen may be an affordable option for Britons. Its plain dyed bedding is available in 22 colours, although a neutral tone could make a bedroom appear bright and airy.

It is all about the bedroom

The feature which people think is the most desirable but not essential is an en-suite bathroom attached to a bedroom, with 53 per cent picking this as their favourite option.

But a bedroom does not have to be bland just because is has no additional features. Throwing one of the 22 Easycare Bedlinen plain dyed bedding sets on to a bed could instantly brighten up a room and at an affordable price, people may be able to splash out on several colours.

Having a wide variety of bed linen may mean that individuals can change their bedding depending on their mood. Small improvements to a home could be important. Gordon Edwards, managing director of Halifax Estate Agents, says: "You don't need to spend thousands on these rooms when trying to sell. Simple measures like de-cluttering and keeping a room clean and tidy will make your home more attractive to potential buyers.

Drifting away from it all

A recent poll by Harris Interactive found that 44 per cent of people are trying to make their bedroom as serene as possible in order to get a restful night's sleep. And with the temperature set to soar to around 30 degrees Celsius over the week, Britons may appreciate the breathable cotton of Easycare Bedlinen.

Easycare Bedlinen is made from cotton and polyester, reducing the need for it to be ironed. This could be good news for those who would like to sit outside with a cool drink once they get home, rather than get hot and bothered attempting to iron bedding in the heat.
