A three-year-old girl with a complex medical condition has been visited by the Make-a-Wish Foundation, which decked out her bedroom with pink bedding, toys and other soft furnishings as she was transported around in a pink limo.

Charity bedroom revamp stuns young girl A young girl with a rare complex illness was pretty in pink this week after the Make-a-Wish Foundation gave her a day she will never forget.

Holly Chambers, a three-year-old girl with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis - a condition which results in the swelling of bones as well as rashes - was whisked off in a pink limo as a team of experts transformed her bedroom with bed linen and other items in her favourite colour, the Southend Echo reported.

The charity gang used characters from Holly's favourite show, Peppa Pig, to add to an outdoor-themed palace, which includes a tree, a garden fence and a new bed with pink bedding which also has a slide attached to it.

Speaking to the paper, Holly's mum Claire said: "Holly was jumping up and down, she was so excited. We are overjoyed with the Peppa Pig bedroom.

"Holly also loved the pink limo too. We are over the moon that something has made Holly so happy."

Peppa Pig, Holly's favourite show, is a big charity supporter and currently backs up Tommy's, the baby charity.
