Natural bed linen is 'great for sleeping'

Those struggling to get sleep on a night may want to consider the benefits of natural bed linen, as such fibres in duvet covers and comforters may make it much easier to relax and unwind on a night, it is claimed.
A number of ways to get better sleep have been outlined in a new book for those wanting to get a better quality of sleep every night.The tome, produced by Julie Bain and Ellen Michaud and called Sleep to Be Sexy, Smart and Slim, dispensed important tips left, right and centre for those wanting to learn more about a good kip, reports the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
According to the pair, bed linen using natural fibres is particularly important, as duvet covers and pillowcases can deliver extra comfort in the bedroom.
Using aromatherapy is also encouraged as a relaxation technique, with lavender recommended as a scent.
The Snoring Centre recently recommended that people get an extra hour of sleep as they are more likely to succeed with their health and wealth.
