The firm indicates that those prone to sleeping on their stomach are best opting for a soft-fill pillow, while down filled blankets can be purchased that are suitable for all weather climates.

Earlier this week, the Associated Press pointed out that using simple bedding items such as a pillow can transform the feel of a bedroom.

The news agency added that changing the colour scheme of bed spreads can help to alter the mood in a home, while plants or fresh flowers are also very effective.
