Quilts can 'make room feel brand new'

Quilts are a great bedding investment if a person wants to make their bedroom look completely different without having to throw themselves into a serious design project, it is said.

Buying a quilt may solve all your problems.Such is the opinion of Kelly Martin, who told Article Ant: "For centuries it has been known that the best way to ensure a tranquil bedroom is to have attractive bed-coverings and quilts and coverlets are one of the most time-honoured methods for decorating a bedroom."
She said that in the house's most private space, it is better to add to a great design as opposed to reimagining it completely and this is where a quilt comes in very handy indeed.
However, coverlets are a better option for summer as they are a lot lighter.
It follows comments from Ginny Bean, a homeware expert, who told Napsnet that coverlets are fantastic to use in the season, especially in block colours as they can really brighten the look of a bedroom.
