Blue duvet covers give 'soothing night's sleep'

A fabrics specialist has highlighted the benefits of a blue duvet cover, stating that blue bedding can add to a great room colour while the duvet sets themselves can give the sleeper a soothing night's rest.
A writer for a fabrics company has noted that picking the right colour bedding to match or develop the room's style can "enhance the aura" of the room.In a report for Terry's Fabrics, the unnamed contributor highlighted that "if you pick a blue duvet cover for your duvet, you are choosing the colour of tranquility and refreshment" and as such the bedding could soothe those using the bed linen in their personal space.
They added that avoiding reds and oranges in duvet covers could be beneficial for those trying to get a good night's sleep as the "fiery colours" could "aggravate" the user.
Another blogger, simply known as Goose, said that a duvet cover was "almost a must" after the purchase of a new comforter, with a variety of bedding colours allowing for customisation and changes in design.
