Organic bedding 'not just for babies'

A mother has recommended the use of organic bedding in regular beds and not just with a baby's cot, as it is good for everybody to have organic bed linen and duvet sets.
An unnamed reporter has extolled the virtues of organic bedding for parents who wish to make sleep as comfortable for themselves and the baby.Speaking to Tiny Decor Blog, an ecological product provider for children, she noted that the use of naturally-produced bedspreads and bed linen was important in the first months following the birth of a baby as the child is likely to spend a lot of time in the same bed.
The blogger added that especially in times of illness or fussiness, the baby may prefer to co-sleep with its parents in order to be comfortable, and so organic bed linen was the choice for both parents and babies as it provided two options for the child, she stated.
She said: "If you don't do it for yourself, at least do it for your baby."
American website Furniture Today added that the popularity of "green mattress lines" was going up, with more people looking towards environmentally friendly alternatives.
