West Midlands student to have a grand sleep in

One lucky Brummie student is to have a grand sleep-in in the most literal sense: she'll be getting comfortable on some of the best bed linen imaginable at a bedding shop in London for a month - being paid £1,000 for the privilege.
A competition winner will be paid £1,000 to take it easy between the sheets at a London shop, it has emerged. Roisin Madigan, a 22-year-old university attendee from Harborne, will spend one month sleeping in a bed in an Edgbaston firm's showroom, according to the Birmingham Mail.
The student, who attends South Bank University in London, said: "It's going to be a bit strange at first, especially having people walking past the window and seeing me in bed, but I suppose I'll get used to it."
Roisin added that her friends would be popping in to see her inaction, with her mother in particular looking forward to the ultimate display of laziness as she snoozes under beautiful bed linen.
Let's just hope the shop maintains a good room temperature: after all, it's the best way to get a good night's sleep, a recent report in the New York Times revealed.
