Beautiful bed linen 'gained through washing regularly'

A bed linen specialist has highlighted the positive aspects of the material when it is washed, with the bedding fabrics getting softer and more comfortable each time it is thrown into the washing machine.
Washing bed linen often is known to soften and beautify it, a bedding expert has said.People who desire to make their bedroom warm and comfy during the winter need to know that even a thorough rinse can make the fabric look its best again, LinenMe News said.
It said this is due to the material's ability to free itself from dirt with ease.
Furthermore, warm water before the first wash can reduce the chance of creasing and fibre breakdown, with tumble drying not recommended due to the increased chance of this happening.
"Statistically the per cent of shrinkage in linen products is approximately four to five per cent if dried naturally but it increases to nearly ten to 15 per cent if linens get a good spin in a hot tumble dryer," LinenMe added.
Bed linen "loves to be washed and ironed", Australia's Linen Line states, with each clean making the material more soothing on the skin.
