Bed linen, comforters and other bedding must be made with warm materials this winter, as the right combination can keep you from shivering at all during the night.
A potent mix of colours, fabrics and layers are needed for a person designing their winter bed, as these will give it the best level of warmth and comfort, according to a bed linen connoisseur.Colourful bedding is definitely popular this season, according to Juliana Goodwin of the Springfield News-Leader but bedspreads must remain a neutral colour so as to allow any others to match it.
Despite this, she said the heat that a bed provides it the most important thing during the cold months and as such fabrics including fleece or flannel are perfect for comforters and bed linen.
Comforters are still a great thing to buy for the bed, Ms Goodwin continued, with the layering of duvets inside duvet covers also giving the bed user control over how warm they want to be.
Electric blankets can also come in handy over the Christmas period, according to a contributor at eHow.
