Warrior Princess is bed-making champ

In a drive to raise money for a children's hospital in New Zealand, Antipodean warrior princess Lucy Lawless straightened all the bedding and duvet covers she could get her hands on in a bed-based competition.
Xena: Warrior Princess star Lucy Lawless was on hand at a recent charity event in her native New Zealand to put her bedding skills to the test in a bed-making competition.Raising funds for her chosen cause, the Starship Foundation set up for the country's largest paediatric hospital, Lucy was in a race against the clock to make the neatest bed in two minutes, according to Look to the Stars.
The TV star came joint-first in the bedding race with the chief executive officer of Lorraine Lea Linen, raising $115,000 (£42,000) at the event.
Starship Foundation boss Andrew Young said: "The donation from Lorraine Lea Linen is a great way to acknowledge this huge contribution to our cause.
"We're so grateful that even our Australian counterparts are getting on board for this worthy project."
Lucy Lawless' most famous role in recent years has been that of D'Anna Biers in the TV remake of Battlestar Galactica.
