People who do not clean their bedding or luxury bed linen enough will find themselves putting their health at risk, a new report has asserted.

Destination Sante, the health news agency, explained that regular and luxury bed linen fabrics alike are known to play host to many germs and as a result they must be regularly cleaned to ensure the healthiest approach to sleep.

Director of the Paris City Hygiene Laboratory Dr Fabien Squinazi told the source that water vapour and carbon dioxide come out of the pores overnight and create the issue.

"This becomes trapped in the room," he continued. "By airing the bedroom in the morning before making the bed, these traces of humidity on the sheets can be eliminated. And this helps to restrict the development of germs."

Richard Fagerlund of SFGate recent stated that bedbugs are another menace which people do not know the threat of, yet they ought to be treated with heavy-handedness if they are found in any bedding.
