Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen is 'bed linen hero'

Changing Rooms maestro and all-round hero of interior design Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen has highlighted his love for bed linen, with the bedding designer revealing the influences behind his creations.
Interior design specialist and star of Changing Rooms Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen has entered the bed linen market, highlighting his influences and commenting on emerging trends in home decor.The well-known star explained his design methods, including those in his bedding range, telling the Associated Press: "Wherever I go in the world I always take my sketchpad and scribble down ideas and details many of which I've incorporated into my designs for influence."
Laurence also emphasised the change in trends, noting that now people are not selling their houses, they are spending less money on decorating with neutral colours and sticking to the staple of "anonymous Ikea flat-pack furniture" to give the place some semblance of furniture.
He emphasised the desire for people to buy cheap yet luxurious items to make their home their own again, such as through the purchase of Egyptian cotton.
Laurence is happily married and has two daughters, Cecile and Hermione, becoming a little more withdrawn from the TV stage in the last couple of years to focus on his home life.
