Perfect sleep 'needs perfect bed'

Many people will no doubt love spending money on luxurious Egyptian cotton or memory foam bedding in the boudoir, yet a bed expert has highlighted the added importance of pillows and mattresses for the perfect bed.
If a person has a poor quality of sleep on a regular basis, they should look at updating pillows and mattresses, an American bedding expert has said.April Fulton of the Washington Post said that many people needed to put money into getting a "new sleep surface" if their current one was not comforting them enough, with fine quality bed linen like Egyptian cotton no doubt adding to the effect she promotes.
Memory foam was another popular thing which Ms Fulton promoted, adding that the luxury mattress market had evolved to match the requirements of consumer comfort and their endless search for the ultimate relaxation station.
She added that allergies should be listed before buying pillows in case a hypo-allergenic option is needed, adding that support is the biggest factor when investing.
Latex and memory foam pillows are ideal for those who want an allergy-free sleep, the Allergy Consumer Review said.
