Putting on duvet covers 'can be made much easier'

A seasoned professional in the bed linen department is offering tips to all who wish to learn her popular yet not especially well known method of putting a duvet cover on a bed, saving time and hassle for the bedding fan.

Making a bed and putting on the duvet cover is a lot less bothersome than many may find usually, it has been stated.

According to a piece in Apartment Therapy, Benita, a specialist from Chez Larsson, outlined her easy way to get things done.

The news provider said: "Amongst her odd jobs on the ship, Benita was responsible for stripping the beds and putting on new sheets - so she's very practiced at bed making."

Benita's trick is to wash the duvet cover inside out before putting her arms through the bottom and grabbing the duvet with the corners of the bed linen before shaking down and letting the bedding unfurl downwards.

Not as hard as some may make it for themselves!

According to eHow, it is always very important to read the washing instructions on duvet covers as many more delicate ones are dry-clean only.
