Great night with bedding is 'top of the pops' for Brits

While a lot of wonderful things tickle the fancy of Brits, it's getting involved with luxury bed linen and mattresses for an extended period of time which truly pleases UK citizens, a new study says.
Sleep is important to many people, which is likely why spending a long time with bedding has been voted top of a new list of the greatest pleasures in life for us Brits.In a study of 3,000 people, Batchelors Cup-a-Soup discovered that a long time under the duvet cover was the most-loved thing for Brits, while cuddling under bedding with a loved one came in at number three.
Finding a previously unseen tenner in your pocket came second and crying with laughter was fourth.
"You can't beat the feeling of getting into bed after a long, hard day," said Rob Stacey, who created the poll on behalf of Batchelors. "And that feeling gets even better when you wake up feeling great and back to your normal self the following morning."
This week, the Courier-Journal noted how bed linen and other materials for the boudoir are evolving with customer demands, making the world of bedding much more interesting.
