Sleep is order of the day for TV star

Sleeping is much easier for 54-year-old Fern Britton since she left This Morning.
Fern Britton has revealed how she finds it much easier to sleep now she no longer works on hit ITV show This Morning.She left her job at the programme last year and has since been replaced by Holly Willoughby.
Britton, however, does not regret her decision to turn her back on the popular daytime show - and neither does her husband.
Speaking to Reveal magazine, she said: "I'm having a ball. I'm behaving badly and enjoying life. I've been sleeping quite a lot.
"I feel great and people have said that I look well."
She also revealed that fellow TV presenter Bradley Walsh recently commented on how well she was looking, before jokingly asking whether the 54-year-old had undergone surgery.
Britton is married to TV chef Phil Vickery, who still appears on This Morning to show viewers how to make recipes throughout the week.
