Although parents may not see the need in buying top-of-the-range bed linen for their young ones, they should never waste the opportunity to deck out their master bedroom with Egyptian cotton bed linen.

Egyptian cotton is 'great for master bedroom' Egyptian cotton is a great thing to use in the home with such things as duvet covers and bed linen, according to an expert in good sleep.

Health News reported that while children's beds are not top priority with such luxury investments as they may be too young to appreciate the softness they provide, parents should certainly consider it.

The news resource continued: "For the master bedroom, comfort experts recommend 100 percent Egyptian cotton for its softness and ability to breathe.

"Think 300 thread count and save some money instead of opting for the fancy 500-plus thread counts that are not worth it in the long run."

According to the Egyptian Cotton Store of London, anything above a thread count of 200 threads per square inch of fabric is considered a "luxury" investment.
