A renowned sleep expert has highlighted how he loves putting plenty of money into his bed linen purchase, being a firm proponent of sleeping in separate beds for the best restful experience each night.
A leading expert in sleep and good health has highlighted the need for people to consider spending a lot of money on their bedroom in order to get the most out of it.Dr Neil Stanley, a sleep expert with Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, spoke to the Irish Independent about his desire to invest in bedding such as duvet covers and comforters.
He explained: "25 years of your life is going to be spent in bed. It's worth spending a bit of money on it."
However, Dr Stanley is not completely against the idea of co-sleeping with partners, adding: "If it works for you, then don't change it."
Speaking to FemaleFirst earlier in the month, Dr Stanley also highlighted how a good sleep can help a person get slimmer, noting that people need more discipline in getting to bed much earlier to get the most out of each day both mentally and physically.
