Snake ruins couple's bed linen

A couple's bedding was undoubtedly ruined after a third party joined them in their bed - a two-metre long snake - as they were snuggled up asleep in the early hours.
A couple from Xiangfan in the Hubei province of China was undoubtedly in a state of shock after discovering an unwanted guest in their bed.Both of them to froze from fright at the sight of a two-metre long snake writhing between their bedspread and duvet cover as they tried to get much-needed rest on their night in bed.
Following a scream or two, they finally took action and called the local police, who removed it without hesitation.
The snake, though far from charming, was not venomous.
Despite this occurrence, the Hubei province seems to be the place to live if you want to have strange snake-based mishaps.
China Daily revealed that a man who had sealed a snake in a jar with liquor to make snake wine was bitten by the creature two months later when he returned to open it, finding out after a successful visit to his local hospital that he hadn't sealed the jar.
