Chamomile - mums' secret to great sleep

Chamomile tea is a great way of getting off to sleep with a new baby, it has been said.
Any new mum should reach for chamomile tea if they are struggling to sleep, Nelsons Teetha has claimed.It found that tea is a much better means of helping new mums get some rest than a glass of wine, which does not have as many health advantages.
Chamomile can also have a range of benefits for teething babies as well, it suggested, so mums should supply their children with some before tucking them into their luxury bed linen.
"Babies who are teething can experience sore and swollen gums, flushed cheeks, disrupted sleep patterns and a slightly elevated temperature, causing them a great deal of discomfort," the company stated.
It added that chamomile tea is beneficial in both the short and long term, as it helps mums unwind after a hectic day.
