Natural colours on trend this season

Homeowners need to opt for neutral coloured bed linen to be in fashion this season, it has been suggested.
This summer's trends are all about keeping things neutral, a style expert has said, so simple bed linen is very much in vogue.Anna-Marie DeSouza, deputy editor at Build It magazine, said being low-key is far preferable to going over the top in 2010.
"Interiors are big on white walls and statement pieces, coupled with clean lines," she explained.
Ms DeSouza emphasised that organic wallpaper, eco paints and natural finishes on the floor are also key trends to be on the lookout for over the coming months.
Her comments follow research from thecaliforniacompany.co.uk, which showed that an increasing number of women are performing DIY tasks.
Nine out of ten women surveyed said they own power tools, while 67 per cent identified that they are not afraid to use them.
However, two-thirds said it takes over four weeks to finish jobs, compared to 48 per cent of men.
