Parents must invest in good quality bed linen in order to provide teenagers with a great place to sleep.
Luxurious bed linen is essential in teenagers' bedrooms as it will help them sleep better, it has been claimed.With teenagers living such hectic lives, it can often be difficult for them to switch off at night time, so bedroom conditions must be just right, said fashion and home designer Mark Montano
He told the Denver Post that teenagers need to learn to be comfortable in their surroundings, so getting their input is essential when redesigning a bedroom.
The expert continued: "You can negotiate a little bit as you're working on the room.
"They're basically learning how to create an environment where they can be productive and comfortable."
Mr Montano added that parents should ensure their children join them on shopping trips as this will help ensure the right bed linen choices are made.
In recent days, Catherine Gentile of Bed Bath & Beyond said small changes are the best and most affordable way of making a big difference to a bedroom.
