Gwyneth tells fans to get plenty of sleep

People are being instructed to get involved with their bedding on a more regular basis by Gwyneth Paltrow, who underlined how a lack of time under the duvet cover may spell major health problems in the long run.
"Basically everyone I know is knackered, me included," said Gwyneth Paltrow in this week's Goop newsletter. "But I didn't imagine that there could be health problems associated with not getting a good night's rest."The comments from world-famous actress come with the launch of a miniature awareness campaign off Gwyneth's own back, with the silver screen star asserting the need for people to get more involved with their bedding in the next few months for the good of their health.
Her doctor, Frank Lipman, is joining the campaign to ensure that people capable of changing a poor sleep routine now "get some shuteye". Sleep deprivation, they say, can lead to premature aging and weight gain.
Gwyneth Paltrow will be back in cinemas later this summer when she stars as Pepper Potts in the long-awaited sequel to Iron Man, alongside Robert Downey Jr and Scarlett Johansson.
