National Bed Month is upon us and some handy tips have been dished out by Crampex, which underlines how bed linen and other things can be used to gain great rest.
An expert is giving a number of tips to help people to get plenty of great rest when they are celebrating, or at least observing, National Bed Month during March.Crampex carried out research that found a whopping three out of four people wake up each and every morning in a state of exhaustion, while 46 per cent are getting six hours or fewer of rest a night and another 18 per cent are getting less than five hours.
The organisation said people must buy the best quality bed, given they will spend up to 25 years of their life on their mattress.
It added that bed linen may factor into making the bedroom a "haven of tranquillity", adding: "Make sure you have a good bed, use soft lighting, keep the room clear of clutter, keep your bedroom well ventilated and use an air freshener to give it a pleasant and relaxing smell."
Last week, the Daily Telegraph said that a good mattress will repay the investor in great health benefits, so long as they are willing to part with more cash for it and not be tempted by a cheap and poorer quality offering.
