Organic bedding should be chosen for kids 'whenever possible'

Organic cotton and bedding which is produced naturally is the top priority for young children, according to an expert in the business, who stated that bed linen should be free from toxins so they can get healthy sleep.
An expert in interior design has highlighted the importance of a healthy atmosphere for children to grow up in.Luanne Bradley, writing for the Examiner, explained that organic cotton is very necessary in bedding for young children, emphasising that their own space needs to be free from toxins wherever possible.
She explained that a bedroom for a child should also be able to grow with them, with the expert noting the need to allow them to blossom in "stimulating surroundings", meaning that more infantile decorations need to be phased out.
Finally, Ms Bradley also said that parents needed to use a colour in the room which they enjoyed - after all, they will have to spend lots of time being happy in there!
Getting children to bed at an earlier time may help them with their weight too, according to Dr Neil Stanley of Horlicks, who told the Daily Mail that a lack of sleep can cause hunger hormones to play up and demand more food.
