People should 'never be cheap with bed linen'

Given that the one activity a person is committed to is sleeping, bed linen is of great importance to day-to-day living, with one specialist highlighting the necessity of good bedding, such as Egyptian cotton, for one's constant comfort.
Although a person may not care for expensive floors, furniture or clothing in their bedroom, they should always shell out a little more for bedding, it has been said. The Philippine Daily Inquirer's Alex Vergara emphasised the need for a person to invest money into things that would always be used - and after speaking to bedding specialist Daphne Osena Paez, it was made clear why such big buys as Egyptian cotton were smart purchases.
"Getting enough sleep these days has become a luxury for almost everybody," the bed linen importer told the Asian news provider.
"Since we spend one-third of our lives in bed, we might as well make sure that our bedrooms are conducive enough for sleeping."
Last week, another bedding specialist Robert Fuller said that people in the UK were lucky for owning the beds they did, with designs being envied and mimicked by the French.
