Perfect pillow 'plays important role in sleep'

People who invest money in a mattress and good quality bedding have been told to take a serious look at pillows as well as the likes of bed linen when trying to enhance their sleeping arrangement - particularly those made from memory foam.
Those wanting to spend money well when investing in their bed should choose the perfect pillow, a bedding expert has said.Pillows play an important part in a good night's sleep and should be taken seriously as an integral part of nighttime comfort, Cathy Woolridge said.
In a piece for the St Joe News, she particularly recommended memory foam pillows which were popular with people due to their ability to support the head, neck and back, as well as providing a good alternative to those with allergies.
Last month, the Sun revealed that Nasa created memory foam to provide absorbent padding to improve crash protection, also inventing satellite navigation, ear thermometers and freeze-dried food.
