A fitness expert praises her new memory foam mattress, so Brits may want to stock up on memory foam bed linen.
Having enough sleep is a vital part of staying healthy, says a fitness expert mum.A blogger known only as Fitz K makes her comments to the That's Fit website following her purchase of a memory foam mattress.
She explained she had not realised she was not sleeping well until she purchased the memory foam but that now she is enjoying "amazing" rest.
As a mother and a fitness trainer, Fitz K says she fully understands the importance of decent shut-eye.
"Sleepless people tend to eat poorly and gain weight as a result as well. The bottom line? Quality sleep is a crucial component for vitality, fitness and success," she adds.
Recently, the National Sleep Foundation urged people to recognise the importance of a comfortable and good quality mattress to sleep.
It noted that an old lumpy mattress is likely to make people toss and turn, leaving them both sleep and stiff the next day.
