Jenson chooses bedding over drinks after F1 championship win

Instead of doing his duty for Queen and Country and having a few drinks to celebrate the biggest moment of his life, Jenson Button simply headed to his bedding and relaxed as best he could.
Formula One is a sport of excess and it stands to reason that a few drinks are had to celebrate a major win. However, for British favourite Jenson Button, bedding was more his cup of tea this weekend. The Brawn GP driver sealed his title at Brazil's Interlagos track this weekend with a race to spare, yet was in no mood for the hectic party atmosphere after both he and his team won their respective championships, instead choosing to get reacquainted with his bed linen, he told the Daily Mail.
"I was on the phone to my girlfriend and my mum and the whole family," Jenson told the newspaper. "I was up until about four, lying in bed with a big grin on my face, relaxing and thinking about what I had achieved."
Jenson Button cites the battles between racing legends Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost as part of the reason he got into driving.
