Cuddly toys 'needed' by Ashlee

Singer Ashlee Simpson needs more than just nice bedding and a snug comforter to snooze in bed every night after admitting that cuddly toys adorned her sleeping space - a move her husband does not seem to mind.
Ashlee Simpson, singer and sister of Dukes of Hazzard actress Jessica, has said she struggles to get decent shut-eye in bed without the company of cuddly toys.The superstar, who is currently expecting her first child with husband and bassist of Fall Out Boy Pete Wentz, said she found it tough to get her head down without stuffed bears to compliment her bed linen, something that has hardly been in short supply since telling fans she was pregnant.
"It is a little crowded, but Pete gives in to whatever Ashlee wants. It is really sweet," a source told BANG Media International.
"She has so many teddy bears and loves them so much she has filled her bed with them."
In 2004, Ashlee Simpson was criticised after a technical error in an appearance on America's Saturday Night Live revealed she had been lip-synching her songs.
