A bedroom can be made to "look stunning" through the use of bedspreads, it has been stated, with the use of duvet covers and colourful bedding being seen as a great way to "breathe life" into simple bedroom furniture.
An Indian news provider has noted the distinct role that bedspreads can play in bringing a bedroom to life.The Economic Times said that "floral designs, rich fabrics and delicate embroidery can work wonders to uplift your mood" when used in bedspreads and duvet covers.
Managing director of Indian company Elvy Lovy Khosla noted that bedding could reveal one's personality and are not only a sign of luxury.
He added: "Fabrics can breathe life into even the simplest pieces of furniture, that is why bedspreads are an easy way to transform the look."
An eco-friendly upgrade at the Inn Marin in Novato, California, saw the use of bamboo bedspreads alongside a cotton blend as bamboo-based products were more likely to crease, the Marin Independent Journal reported.
