Bed linen is 'what makes a bedroom pretty'

Bed linen such as nice duvet covers made from organic cotton or Egyptian cotton are what's needed in a bedroom if it is to look inviting to its users, it is firmly believed.
While a mattress or the bed's frame may be important in the comfort of a bed, it's the decoration which truly counts in a bedroom, according to an expert.Emirates Business revealed the popularity of bed linen, interviewing experts to pass on advice on buying the likes of duvet covers, comforters and Egyptian cotton.
"I keep the basics affordable so that people can buy a more expensive duvet cover or add accent colours to their bedroom if they wish," said bedding vendor Mertsi Spencer, the owner of a store that sells mid to high-quality bed linen in Dubai.
Accentuating the importance of quality, she continued: "It's better to spend money on things people can change if they wish as it changes the feel of their bedroom."
Bed linen is just another way of being fashionable, she added, highlighting how hotels regularly put extra pillows and cushions on the bed because they can.
Kylie Minogue launched her own line of bed linen earlier in September, using Hertfordshire's Grove Hotel as a base of operations for promotion.
