With the right tips, a person will have no problem when it comes to buying bedding, according to an expert at a major British newspaper.
People desperate to invest in new bedding for themselves may want to consider particular things about their investment before buying, it is said.Professional bed buyer for John Lewis Caitlin Price, told the Guardian that the stuffing for a mattress is always an important issue when going all-out to get the best quality of sleep, with the expert highlighting how Egyptian cotton and memory foam fillings are always a treat.
She explained: "Test out how each one feels for you. Your shoulders, hips and knees should be able to sink into it so your spine can remain in a straight line."
Ms Price debunked the myth that firm beds are always best for buyers, instead emphasising the need for people to aim for supportiveness from their bedding purchase.
In regards to investing in a bed for two, the expert added: "Choose together. With mixed-tension mattresses, each side can be individually customised."
Older people may want to prioritise a comfortable sleeping arrangement and buy some top-quality bed linen after Alex Dregan of the University of Surrey claimed many are losing sleep due to the recession.
