Women 'must consider bedding' in beauty therapy

Ladies wanting to improve their looks naturally need to prioritise a few areas of their body and situations which are conducive to their health, according to a leading expert in the field.
If a woman ignores her eyes when thinking of initiatives to take care of her looks, she could be in for a shock, according to a leading beauty expert.Kerryne Krause-Neufeldt, the chief executive officer at eyeSlices - an organisation which specialises in treatments for ocular issues - explained that women tend to be very self-conscious about these areas, notably with the likes of crow's feet and dark circles.
However, with the power of good bedding, a woman can help restore her natural beauty without the need for any drastic action, she asserted.
Ms Krause-Neufeldt explained: "Lifestyle can affect your eyes like your diet, lack of exercise, not having enough sleep; even having a good mattress or pillow can hugely help with sleep."
Other little things that can be done include drinking two litres of water each day as well as getting regular exercise at least three times a week, she concluded.
The expert made her claims at the Olympia Beauty show, where 139 of the world's finest nail technicians attended to take part in the fourth year of the Nailympics.
