Subtle bath towels are a great way of making a bathroom feel more relaxed.
Soft-coloured bath linen is a sure-fire way of transforming the bathroom into a calming oasis, it has been suggested.New York City designer Eve Robinson revealed that both the colour scheme of a bathroom and its storage facilities can have a great impact on a person's ability to unwind.
"Crisp, white towels and bath mats to brighten and freshen a bathroom," she told the Canadian Press.
Furthermore, the expert suggested that people should "toss out anything past its prime", as this will help freshen up the space and ensure it has a classic spa feel.
Dallas designer John Phifer Marrs agreed, emphasising that some of the best bathrooms are ones with very little colour at all, perhaps using white and off-white for a bit of variation.
