It has been revealed that a third of Britons have trouble drifting off at night due to the stress of the recession, so creating a relaxing bedroom environment may be more important than ever before.
According to Harris Interactive, 44 per cent of people are taking steps to maximise bedroom serenity and have even removed television sets from the space.
